GUS Committee
The GUS Executive committee meets regularly to ensure that GUS related issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner, and that future GUS revisions add value and enhance productivity for the system's users, research organizations and academic departments.
As new departments and organizations around the UCSB campus express interest in using GUS, the committee finds the most appropriate, efficient and effective steps required to set up and roll-out the system for their particular application.
The GUS committee also oversees funding for the system and ensures that the GUS development and support staff are themselves appropriately supported.
