DESCRIPTION:
A number of employees who were to be paid this month didn't show up on our roster. In one case Ryan Moll who's appointment ended 10/23/07 wasn't there. My thinking is that he was made inactive the same day his appointment ended but the problem is we still need to pay him for hours worked in October. This is a problem. Other people not paid had appointments out many months but still didn't show up. I don't think I've had this happen before...............help..........

Lynnette, This has been seen by multiple depts. there were two problems. 1: for hourly employees, when projecting, gus did not produce a payment for the first half month period. Mark fixed this in dev gus and in many of the depts who are using personnel. However, this requires that affected hourlys be reprojected. 2: The routine to check active/inactive status for employees is setting employees who have active distributions and appts to inactive. The form that prints the roster filters out inactive employees. The workaround for this is to change the selector to "All employees" before printing the roster. This will be fixed in the next release. Allen
