Hi guys, Do you know how to change someone's name in the employee information screen. I'm referring in particular to employee's last name: Glassco. I tried fixing it in the contact info screen, but it looks ok there. While we're at it, for Greg Janne, I tried to extend him thru 9/30/08 on a departmental acct but being a deptmatmental acct it reset it to 6/30/07. However, the start date on the distribution is 10/1/07 - 6/30/07. Another employee with the same problem is Eggert, Kenneth with start date 9/1/07 - 6/30/07. Please let me know how I can fix the end date for their distributions. You probably already know that the inactive button at the appt level on the Appts/Distributions screen does not work.
