DESCRIPTION:
Hi guys, Tom Painter, I cannot extend him beyond 6/30/07, as he is on dept funds CS100. However, it allowed me to type a begin date of 12/1/07 and reset the end date to 6/30/07. I need to extend him thru 11/30/08. Thanks, Imeld

Imelda, GUS doesn't allow distributions against a project with a fiscal year to be projected beyond the end of the fiscal year. This is because each fiscal year is a separate project within GUS. The only way you could do what you want is to create a new project for the next fiscal year and make a distribution against that project for the months between July and Nov. Allen
